Slept in late with Nick, it was NICE.  He was so cuddly.  On a lot of our days off together Nick usually gets up way before I do and just gets stuff done, works on his little projects, plays online, catches up on his shows and then comes back to bed, cuddles with me, and falls back asleep.  Then we get to wake up together.  I love when that happens.

Went to Dramatics and got my hair did again. Eagle took me BLOND and added a few red peices at the crown.  He also told me that my alopecia spot on the underside of my head is not, to my bemusement, the result of stress or vitamin deficiency but actually the work of ghosts resulting from my bad luck.  He says they come at me at night (the ghosts) and pull my hair out, and that I need to burn some money and mix the ashes with chinese white wine and grapefruit zest and rub it onto the bald spot so it’ll grow back.  I just said, “Really?  Wow.” and paid the man his fee.  I wouldn’t let him cut it cuz I’m waiting for Ash to do it, I know he’ll do exactly what I want and Eagle never does.  Only problem is nobody’s been answering @ Powder Room for about a week, dammit.  I must get a haircut soon, I feel like my hair is out of control.  Color looks cute tho.

Karen and I went to see that Man on Wire documentary @ Sunshine Cinema last night, it was really good.  The footage of this guy walking a high wire between the twin towers — with the entire city skyline BELOW him — god, it was just chilling.   We also went out to Target in Brooklyn, which was fun and fucking LOUD as hell.  What is it with Brooklyn folks, I swear?  The Cosby’s have definitely left the borough, yo.  

After the salon I took myself to Amy Ruth’s for some fried chicken & waffles.  Mmm.  Came home to Nick and spent the rest of the evening watching House Hunters on HGTV.  He loves this show, and I’ve started giving in too.  I also finally gave into that dan infomercial for Snuggies and bought one.  Yes I know they’re gonna make me look like a Hari Krishna but hello, it’s a blanket with sleeves!  I can’t wait.

Oh, I watched ”The Sweetest Thing” on tv again today. Cameron Diaz @ her most obnoxious. I wish Selma Blair could get a good gig tho, she’s adorable in everything.

Why can’t the Young Designers Market carry more cool stuff for guys? I would drop so much cash there. Probably for the best.

I might in fact be addicted to Sour Wild Strawberry jolly ranchers. I thought the Green Apple one would be the death of me… I was wrong.

I suspect that the delicious Phuket After Rain cocktail @ Klong (on St Mark’s Place) is in fact only mixed koolaid. Can’t prove it tho.

There is an angry queen flipping out @ the salon today. Never mess with a Mary’s hairdid, mmkay? She’s about to have a total breakdown.

Thai iced tea is like, whoa.  Don’t even get me started on Tom Kha.

Spent the day with Tina Fey. 30 Rock is really best viewed as a DVR marathon, with no commercials. It’s a pop culture cupcake.

The Acaii berry pills have actually been working. No more congedtion, better skin, and more energy. And um… I think I’m losing weight! ;)  If I ever put that gym membership to use I could possibely get mildy in shape.

Why do ppl act so incredulous and exasperated @ airport security? This isn’t new, yknow. We’ve been doing this drill for 8yrs already. God.
